Indo13 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the indo13 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the indo13 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. This platform is not intended for minors, and indo13 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time it deems appropriate.
Use of the platform is restricted to individuals in jurisdictions where access is permitted under local law. It is solely the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their location. indo13 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any breach of local law committed by users.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact us to close your account if necessary.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on indo13. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without notice, and without refund of any balance associated with fraudulent activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party who has gained access to your login credentials.
Prohibitions and Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the indo13 platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. This includes, but is not limited to: money laundering, payment fraud, the use of automated software (bots) to play games, creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or obtain bonuses unlawfully, and sharing accounts with third parties.
Indo13 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including freezing funds while an investigation is ongoing.
Payments, Transactions and Funds Policy
All financial transactions on indo13 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports common local payment methods used by Malaysian users, including instant bank transfer, Boost, and DuitNow.
Deposits are credited to your account once processing is confirmed. Minimum deposit amounts and available methods are subject to set limits and may change from time to time. Deposits cannot be reversed once processed.
Withdrawal requests are processed within a set timeframe depending on the chosen method and account verification status. indo13 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving a withdrawal in order to meet compliance requirements.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods stated in their respective promotional terms. Abuse of promotions, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
Indo13 is not liable for any delay or failure in transaction processing caused by third-party technical disruptions, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, users are encouraged to reach out to customer support through the available channels on the platform.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Indo13 provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, indo13 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Indo13's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the indo13 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of indo13 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of indo13.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. Indo13 does not endorse, verify, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Indo13 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these terms, platform abuse, or any activity that may expose the platform or other users to risk. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, balances associated with the violating activity may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through account settings or by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures following the required identity verification.
Changes to These Terms
Indo13 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the platform or to the email address registered with your account. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the indo13 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
